Alessandro Delia-Russell

Business Development – Head of Professional Clients

Alessandro takes on the role of leading Plenisfer's business development with professional clients globally, strengthened by 30 years of experience gained in international financial markets. Based in London, he has been responsible for building and scaling institutional distribution and capital raising activities across Europe, the United Kingdom and the GCC, developing and nurturing long-standing relationships with a wide range of institutional investors, family offices and wealth managers.

He has, in addition, held senior leadership positions at major international firms, including Jefferies, for which he was Managing Director, Branch Manager and Head of Equity Sales for Italy and Spain, Nomura, as Managing Director in Equity Sales, and Lehman Brothers, where he was Head of European Equity Sales – Italy. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Sales at RIV Capital, based in Dubai, leading institutional distribution across Europe and the GCC.

Alessandro holds a Laurea in Ingegneria delle Tecnologie Industriali (economics and organisation track) from Politecnico di Milano.
