Compliance Specialist

Alessia joined Plenisfer in September 2026 as a Compliance Specialist. In her role, she supports activities related to the Compliance Function and the Anti-Financial Crime area.

Prior to joining Plenisfer, Alessia gained three years of experience at PwC, where she worked as a consultant within the Governance, Processes & Controls practice. In this capacity, she contributed to projects aimed at strengthening internal control systems, corporate governance frameworks, and organizational processes for financial intermediaries and other institutions operating in the financial sector.

Based in Milan, Alessia holds a degree in Finance, Intermediaries and Markets from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.

Passionate about travel, she enjoys discovering new destinations and experiencing different cultures.
